Cari Lyn Vinci

Cari Lyn Vinci, Founder of InVINCIble Enterprises, is a serial entrepreneur with 35+ years of business experience in career coaching, sales, training and franchising. She co-authored PLAYBOOK for Teens & created the award winning Playbook for Teens – STE@M™ Mentoring Program. Vinci provides Professional Development Training for educators & youth leaders to implement the STE@M™ Mentoring Program in schools throughout California.

The National Association of Women Business Owners honored Vinci with the 2016 Vision Award for Outstanding Women Leaders. The award is for ”A woman who runs an organization where her vision provides meaningful opportunities for women.”  Woodland School Board & Yolo County Office of Education recognized Vinci’s Program with 2016 Program Excellence Awards.

Vinci won the Business Journal “Women Who Mean Business Award,” the Dale Carnegie Presentation Award & was the first women to be named UNICO Person of the Year.

In addition to serving on the Sacramento WITI Board for STEM Mentoring, Vinci serves on the Leadership Council for CA Million Women Mentors, is advisor to the Leroy Green Entrepreneur Charter School & the Women Veterans Alliance. Vinci is a graduate of The Ohio State University, completed Velocity Capitol’s Entrepreneurial Showcase and was selected for the Inaugural cohort of Entrepreneurs at The Glue Factory.

A frequent speaker on STEM & Mentoring, Vinci has spoken to Congressman Garamendi’s Women’s Advisory committee on Mentoring and advised Assemblywoman Bonilla’s California Assembly Select Committee on STEM Education for Women & Girls. Vinci has presented at WITI, the Global Women’s Entrepreneur Conference, Solano County Office of Education STEAM Initiative, Soaring For Success at the Aerospace Museum, Expanding Your Horizons, The NorCal Science & Engineering Faire, The Maker Faire, the Small Business Sector at the Community College Chancellor’s Office & the California Department of Education. 2017 events include presentations at Educating for Careers, The California Association of Middle School Principals, The California Association of Secondary School Principals & The California Charter School Conference.

Prior to InVINCIble, Cari owned FranNet West, where she coached individuals to become business owners. She has hired, created training programs and managed over 700 salespeople. She wrote a book on Meeting Management, founded Team da Vinci, a Commercial Division for Keller Williams Real Estate, owned a Special Event company and created FESTA BELLA! A Beautiful Italian Festival that attracted 20,000 individuals to the one-day event.

When not working, Cari enjoys time with family, travel, theatre, jazz, films, entertaining friends, volunteering, wine tasting, painting, festivals, reading, yoga, long weekends & spoiling her adorable cockapoo, Cosmo Italiano.

During Orion's career in technology business development, defense conversion, manufacturing process improvement, public policy and business incubation, she has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs define and launch their companies. She has enabled major educational organizations, including CONNECT in San Diego, to produce critical program content allowing them to serve thousands of new and emerging enterprises. Orion currently serves on the Boards of the CONNECT Foundation and Association, the MIT Enterprise Forum Executive Committee and the CDC Small Business Finance Board and Executive Committee.

Gordon Fowler

Gordon Fowler is a PR/Marketing Guru responsible for messaging. He is a Technology Expert in Generational motivations & communications. Gordon launched 3fold in 2004 with a crystal clear vision: to lead a team of talented and hardworking individuals to help clients connect with their audience, build brand equity, and become leaders in their industries and markets – all while contributing to and building vibrant communities. When it comes to market positioning, partnership strategy and regional trends, Gordon is the go-to expert – not just for our team, but anywhere.
